Italy: percentage change in batteries & accumulators industry production 2017-2021

In 2017, the production value of the batteries and accumulators manufacturing industry in Italy increased by 9.9 percent compared to the previous year. On the contrary, in the following years, the production was expected to experience a decline. According to the forecasts provided by Prometeia, in 2018, the production value of this branch of the manufacturing industry was forecasted to decrease by 7.4 percent. Moreover, it was also expected to keep on decreasing in 2019 and 2020. However, in 2021, the production value was forecasted to increase by 0.9 percent.
