South America: number of wildfires 2020, by country

From January 1st to July 26th of 2020, Brazil has reported approximately 35.63 thousand wildfire outbreaks. Followed by Venezuela, Argentina, Colombia and Paraguay. On the other hand, 18 wildfires were detected in French Guyana in the given period, the lowest number among all the South American countries and territories shown in this graph.
