In 2018, girls in Denmark were suffering more from online bullying than boys. While 12 percent of the 13-year-old girls had experienced some kind of harassment within the past couple of months, eight percent of boys at the same age had tried the same. For the 15-year-olds, the share of children being bullied reached a minimum of eight percent for girls and seven percent for boys.
