Opinion on same-sex love among young Indians 2019 by city type
According to a survey among young Indians, most metro and non-metro dwellers thought same-sex relationships were entirely the choice of an individual. On average, this was about 74 percent among both kinds of city dwellers. In contrast, about a quarter of respondents from these regions thought homosexuality should not be allowed.
