Average size of new apartments in Russia 2023, by region
An average apartment size in the North Caucasian federal district of Russia as of July 2023 was set at nearly 60 square meters, which was the largest area compared to rest of the regions. Nearly 52-square-meter apartments were constructed on average in the Siberian federal district, while the smallest average was measured at about 44 square meters in the Northwestern federal district.
