Attitudes of property owners towards a gay lessee Japan 2018, by age group
According to a survey conducted in August 2018, almost half of the surveyed property owners in Japan aged between 30 to 39 would not hesitate to lease their properties to gay tenants. Approximately 44 percent of overall respondents stated that they would lease their properties to a gay renter without any hesitation. However, around 23 percent of respondents stated that they would not lease their properties to homosexual men.
