According to a recent study, Chile was the country in Latin America and the Caribbean where doing business was the easiest. In 2019, Chile received a score of 72.6 on a scale from 0 to 100, where 100 is the best possible performance in easiness of doing business. Venezuela was deemed the least business friendly country in the region, with a score of 30.2 percent.
