Consumption index of pancakes in Denmark 2019, by region
There was a large dispersion of the consumption of pancakes in Denmark in 2019. The regions of Copenhagen had a significantly higher consumption compared to the other regions. Copenhagen had the highest consumption with a 60 percent higher consumption than the national average, closely followed by Nothern Copenhagen with 42 percent higher than the national average. The numbers are indexed with 100 as the national average. Funen had the lowest consumption with a 31 percent lower consumption than the national average.
