Share of properties sold for more than 12,000 euros per square meter in Paris 2018
This statistic shows the distribution of real estate properties sold for more than 12,000 euros per square meter by surface area in Paris in October 2018, over 12 months in open sales. At that time, 47 percent of properties sold for more than 12,000 euros per square meter were under 50 square meters and 32 percent of them between 50 and 100 square meters. Three percent of properties sold were over 200 square meters.
