Distribution of most important areas in the fashion industry in Sweden 2019
Most business to business company managers in Sweden in 2019 found a general digitalization of the industry as being the most important with 87 percent of the respondents. Digitalization within e-commerce and quality demands especially related to sustainability and environmental concerns both ranked second with 76 percent of the respondents. Managers believed platform commerce, fewer operators and brick and motar stores will be the least important for the fashion industry in the future, with four, four and two percent of the respondents respectively.
