Most important challanges to digital commerce in the fashion industry in Sweden 2019
Most business to business company managers in Sweden agreed in 2019 on the three most important challenges for digital commerce. Most managers found the general competition and maintaining profitability as two of the most important challanges, both stated by 64 percent of the respondents. Return services and customer service was voted the third most important challenge with 60 percent of the respondents. The lowest share of managers believed increased demand regarding environmental concerns and CSR as well as digital competition were the most important challenges with 38 and 36 percent of the respondents respectively.
