Number of deaths from accidents and adverse effects in Taiwan 2011-2021
In 2021, there were around 6.78 thousand deaths caused by accidents and adverse effects in Taiwan, showing a small increase compared to the previous year. The death rate from accidents and adverse effects for males was at 40.6 deaths per one hundred thousand population, while the death rate from accidents and adverse effects for females was much lower at 17.4 deaths per one hundred thousand population.
