Repeat visits made to A&E in England 2018, by length between visits
In 2018, it was found that five percent of attendees to an accident and emergency (A&E) department in England had previously visited the same A&E department in the the preceding week with the same condition or something related to it. While fifteen percent of respondents had previously attended A&E with the same condition over a month before their most recent visit.
