Waiting time before first speaking with a doctor or nurse at A&E in England 2016-2018
In 2016 and 2018, A&E attendees in England were surveyed about the length of time they had wait before their first interaction with a doctor or nurse. According to the results, 19 percent of respondents had to wait for more than an hour i n2018, compared with 18 percent who waited this long in 2016.
