Tourism spending from overseas overnight visitors in Hong Kong 2013-2019

In 2019, the total overnight tourism revenue in Hong Kong decreased to around 138.2 billion Hong Kong dollars. That year, overnight visitors from the mainland of China spent around 97 billion Hong Kong dollars during their stay in the city, accounting for over 70 percent of the total tourism revenue.
