Most important factors helping Russian women to get ahead in 2019
The findngs of a survey by Ipsos in 2019 revealed that the most important factor that could help a woman in Russia to get ahead was to have connections, as per 43 percent of respondents. The second major component of success was a woman's appearance, while intelligence ranked only fourth on the list. To compare, when asked about success factors for men, only five percent mentioned looks.
