
Change of significance of particular stages of the purchase path in Poland 2017-2019
The survey conducted in Poland in 2019 showed that the importance of after-sales service has increased (a change of +11 percentage points compared to 2017). This change is a consequence of the increased importance of e-commerce and omnichannel. The importance of the shopping stage has also increased by nine percent, mainly since the customer is increasingly aware of their needs.
