Leading cruise ports in the Baltic 2023

Kiel was the cruise port in the Baltic Sea region recording the highest passenger volume in 2023, welcoming nearly 1.2 million travelers. This figure also exceeded the number of passengers reported in 2019, before the impact of COVID-19. Copenhagen and Rostock followed in the ranking in 2023, with 772 thousand and 410 thousand cruise passengers, respectively.
