Main problems when shopping in a physical store for consumers worldwide 2019

According to a survey conducted by Capgemini in October 2019, the major pain point of in-store shopping, as reported by 60 percent of consumers, was facing a long queue for payment at checkout. Products being out of stock and the difficulty in locating items in the store were other issues of brick-and-mortar shopping as seen by consumers.
