According to a survey conducted by JobPricing in Italy at the beginning of 2021, the relationships with the coworkers were more or less as important as a fixed salary. Furthermore, the surveyed employees gave a great importance to the professional development opportunities as well as to the kinds of activities and tasks. Eventually, monetary and non-monetary benefits seemed to be less relevant aspects when choosing a workplace.
