The United States is the most attractive country for renewable energy investments worldwide, with a RECAI score of 65.8. Mainland China ranked second, with a score of 70.7. The RECAI ranking is developed twice per year, and the higher the score of a country, the more attractive it is to renewable energy investments. The April 2021 score includes a COVID-19 parameter, taking into account economic vulnerability and risk factors.
