In 2021, Copa Energia was the leading liquefied petroleum gas distributor in Brazil, with a market share of 25.7 percent. Ultragaz ranked second, accounting for 21.2 percent of the sales volume. That year, Ultragaz - part of the Ultrapar group - sold around 1.71 million metric tons of LPG.
