Clue is a widely-known board game in which the ultimate goal is to identify among the group of players who murdered the game's victim, where the crime took place, and which weapon was used. As with all games, players typically need elements of both skill and luck. However, some games are known for needing more skill than others. In a 2020 survey conducted by YouGov, 46 percent of respondents in the United States stated that Clue was a game of skill rather than luck. In contrast, 23 percent of respondents believed that Clue was a game of luck.
