Use of soil nutrient software on English farms by type 2022

In 2021/22, approximately 54 percent of responding cereal farming businesses in England stated that they used soil nutrient software to help determine fertilizer applications. Compared to 2017/18 this constitutes an increase of seven percent. The largest share of respondents who said they use these software packages could be found among general cropping farm businesses.
