Location of purchase of second-hand shoes/footwear in the UK 2019
A 2019 survey auditing where pre-owned shoes/footwear of consumers in the UK were purchased revealed that charity and/or thrift shops were the most favoured choice. The retailer eBay and commercial and/or vintage shops came in close second and third places, with 21 and 20 percent respectively stating they purchased their shoes/footwear through these retailers.
