Paris: ADR of Airbnb listings by type 2020

As of July 3, 2020, properties with four or more bedrooms in Paris had the highest average daily rate (ADR) on Airbnb, at 425 U.S. dollars. Shared rooms in Paris had the lowest ADR, with around 37 U.S. dollars.
Average daily rates for Airbnb are calculated based on the median (50%) average rental price of that type of property. For example the Airbnb supply shows there are 2,715 listings for a studio in London - the data therefore indicates the average rate of the 678th cheapest property.
