Share of reusable, recyclable, or compostable plastic packaging by company 2018-2021
The Swiss multinational company Nestlé reported that 45 percent of their plastic packaging weight was reusable, recyclable, or compostable in the fiscal year 2021, which was a decrease from 2018. Meanwhile, 74 percent of Danone's plastic packaging was reusable, recyclable, or compostable in 2021, compared with 65.5 percent in 2018.
