Mexico: main perpetrators of violence against LGBT+ 2020, by type
According to a survey conducted in Mexico between June 2019 and June 2020, half of LGBT+ participants said they had suffered some type of violence from schoolmates. This was followed by parents, with 39 percent of respondents stating to be victim of violent behaviors from their father and 34 percent from their mother.
