Natural disaster damage cost of agricultural sector in Japan 2010-2019

In 2019, the value of damages from natural disasters to the primary sector in Japan amounted to about 483 billion Japanese yen. The highest damages were reported in 2011, with about 2.7 trillion yen, caused mostly by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
