Breakdown of materials used in takeaway cutlery in China 2020
According to a survey among more than 10,000 food delivery merchants in China in 2020, around 78 percent of respondents said they offered plastic cutlery to their customers. Meanwhile, more than 80 percent of the surveyed merchants used plastic boxes for food delivery.
