Trade balance of services in Africa 2005-2019
As of 2019, Africa registered a trade deficit of nearly 60.2 billion U.S. dollars in the services account. In other words, the continent imported more services than exported. In the mentioned year, the deficieny in the trade balance was largest than in the year before. In 2018, the deficit was measured in roughly 58 billion U.S. dollars.
