Growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) in Hungary 2018-2023

In Hungary, in the second quarter of 2020, the volume of gross domestic product recorded a decrease of over 13 percent due to the consequences of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The drop in GDP was followed by a gradual increase. However, the second quarer of 2023 registered negative values again when gross domestic production decreased by 2.3 percent.
