Reasons for not using OTAs for purchasing tickets or services Singapore 2020

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTAs) in Singapore conducted in November 2020, 29 percent of the respondents who did not use OTAs stated that they preferred to use the services of traditional (offline) travel agencies instead. By comparison, 21 percent of the respondents cited better prices on the official website of the service provider as a reason for not using OTAs.
