Timing of booking accommodation via an online travel agency Vietnam 2020

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in November 2020, 56 percent of Vietnamese respondents booked their accommodation several weeks before their trip when using an online travel agency. Meanwhile, around 31 percent of them did so several months before their journey.
