Gender distribution of Hearst employees U.S. 2020

Hearst, like many major companies, has committed to publishing diversity data on its employees, and revealed that 48 percent of its 14 thousand full- and part-time U.S. employees were women as of December 2020. The company also noted that 42 percent of workers holding positions as managers or more senior staff members were female.
