Privacy and security concerns are always high on any of the devices connected to the internet. It increases considerably when these devices are passively listening with a built-in voice assistant. Compared to the previous year, people feel safer in 2020, with a five percent reduction in respondents concerned with privacy while using voice assistants and eight percent of respondents less concerned with the device's hackability than in 2019.
