GDP growth APAC 2018-2022, by sub-region
In 2020, all of the Asia Pacific regions suffered a decline in the gross domestic product (GDP), except East Asia, where GDP grew by 0.2 percent. In 2021, GDP was forecasted to grow in all sub-regions of the Asia Pacific, namely 7.2 percent in South Asia and 6.8 percent in East Asia.
