Number of people facing food insecurity in Kenya 2021
As of November 2021, 7.9 million people in Kenya lacked sufficient food for consumption. That corresponded to 15.4 percent of the country's population. Comapred to the previous month, the number of inhabitants in food insecurity decreased by some eight percent.
