Plantasjen group EBITA margins 2016-2020

According to annual report of Ratos, the parent company of Plantasjen Group, the EBITA margin of Plantasjen in 2020 was at its highest at 12.4 percent over the five-year period between 2016 and 2020. In 2016 when Ratos acquired the Nordic DIY-retailer, the EBITA margin was at 6.3 percent, shrinking to 5.5 percent the following year. In 2018, Plantasjen faced its lowest EBITA margin at 1.8 percent. Bouncing back in 2019 when the company launched their e-commerce platform, the EBITA margin grew to 3.6 percent.
