Japan: attitudes towards borrowing money 2022

In a survey conducted in Japan in August 2022, around 28 percent of the respondents agreed with the statement that one should not borrow money under any circumstances. At the same time, 33 percent of the respondents stated that they would proactively borrow money for personal investment.
