Export value of pearls, precious stones and metals from Zambia 2015-2019
In 2019, the export of pearls, precious stones/metals from Zambia amounted to an approximate value of 220 million U.S. dollars. This was an increase in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 105 million U.S. dollars of the products were exported. Furthermore, South Africa was one of the main trade partners of Zambia in terms of pearl, precious stone and metal exports with a share of nearly 33 percent.
