Total of child labor Indonesia 2019-2021
In 2021, the total number of child workers in Indonesia amounted to 0.94 million people. Child labor in Indonesia is still an ongoing issue due to poverty and lack of access to education in some parts of the country. Recently, Indonesia has committed to eliminating all forms of child labor by 2022 to fulfill the sustainable development goals.
