Population with disability in India 2011, by type of disability
In 2011, 20 percent of disabled population in India reportedly had disability in movement. Other prevalent types of disability included vision and hearing impairments, at respectively 19 percent. Meanwhile, around eight percent of population with disability was revealed to have been dealing with multiple disability.
