Consumer price index (CPI) of housing expenditure in Morocco 2010-2019
As of 2019, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for housing expenses among the urban population in Morocco stood at 117.34 points. This was an increase from 116.26 points in the previous year, and the highest value observed within the period under review. Overall, the CPI for housing expenditure followed an upward trend from 2010 onwards. The indicator measures a basket of products related to housing costs.
