Satisfactory level among four-wheeler luxury car dealers in India 2021, by brand
In a survey conducted in 2021, among four-wheeler luxury segment dealers, dealers for BMW had the highest level of satisfaction among all manufacturers in India, with a score of 707 out of 1,000. The segment's average was 678. In the survey, dealers mentioned that training cost sharing arrangements with the automobile manufacturers were unsatisfactory, and the companies' ability to fulfil orders with correct specifications were also of major concern.
