The carbon dioxide emissions of Goldman Sachs dropped markedly between 2019 and 2021. The emissions dropped in all scopes measured, but the difference was especially clear in scope 3 emissions - more specifically category 6 - the business travel category. In this category, emissions dropped from around 135,500 down to 23,082 metric tons.
