Corporate debt in Australia as of 2021, by rating and type
As of the beginning of 2021, outstanding corporate debt in Australia was primarily composed of investment grade securities, rather than speculative grade. Of the 518.8 billion U.S. dollars of outstanding Australian corporate debt that had been rated, only 19.6 billion was rated as speculative grade. Australia also had the ninth-highest overall total of rated corporate debt.
