Number cases of domestic violence Luxembourg 2006-2022
In 2022, the police of Luxembourg reported 983 police interventions of domestic violence and 246 convictions, compared to 917 interventions and 249 convictions in the previous year. The lowest number of interventions and convictions recorded since 2006 was in the year 2006 with 409 interventions and 185 conviction. The highest number of convictions recorded was in 2012 and 2013 with 357, whilst the highest number of police interventions was recorded in the most recent time period.
