Prevalence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy by race and ethnicity U.S. 2019

During 2017-2019 the prevalence of any kind of hypertensive disorder during pregnancy was highest for black women, with a rate of 20.9 percent. The majority of them suffered from pregnancy-associated hypertension. This graph shows the prevalence of U.S. women suffering from hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, by race and ethnicity.
