Share of companies receiving online orders in Belgium 2022, by region
Flanders was the Belgian region with the highest percentage of enterprises that have received orders via websites or apps in 2022, with a share of 26.1 percent. Wallonia, on the other hand, had the lowest percentage at 16 percent. Country-wide, around a fifth of Belgian enterprises with at least 10 employees have received orders via websites or apps in 2022. In Belgium, e-commerce penetration increased in tandem with a company's size class.
